Return & Refund Options

Full Refund or Store Credit: Most items can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is marked delivered but you can’t find it:

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

After production begins, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

Installation & Maintenance
