Fan/light does not work. It flashed the light for 30 seconds and then stopped and will do nothing. Yes, I tried pairing with the remote. Telephone number does not work. Chat does not answer. No support or a chance to return item.
My wife & I moved into our home within the last year and while It was mostly turn key ready we’ve been upgrading and renovating small items to make it more of our own. One of my favorite features of our house is the vaunted ceiling in the main living room which previously had four dimmable stainless steel light fixtures which were fine but a bit dated. I purchased & installed four of these new fixtures and it was just the modern upgrade we wanted. The sleek black powder coated sconces look great in the space especially when the fireplace is on in the evenings. Although my primary reason for the purchase was aesthetic, they are more energy efficient than our previous lights and now I’ll never have to fuss with getting on a ladder to change lightbulbs. We’ve gotten several compliments on them & my wife keeps commenting on how much better they look.They were fairly easy to install, even on a ladder at a 45 degree angle above your head, once you’ve done one it’s rinse & repeat. Pro-tip: attach the ground wire first if you’re installing to the ceiling so the fixture hangs in place safely. Overall they were a great modern touch for our space & we’re very satisfied with the purchase.
We really think it is a great design and so clean. However, we need something very similar that sits farther out from the wall....
Will be returning this and searching the website for something very similar but that projectsout better...

Beautiful light fixtures. Provide lots of light for the bathroom. Slender fit doesn’t take up much room, but has lots of impact style wise as well!
Finally found the perfect lighting for my shop! Everything came together beautifully — the fixtures look amazing and totally transformed the space. So happy with how it all turned out. Highly recommend!
